Yes, previous recipients may apply again, especially for different types of assistance or after a significant time period has passed. However, priority is given to first-time applicants and those with the most urgent needs.

While documentation is optional, providing supporting documents strengthens your application. Helpful documents include: proof of income (pay stubs, tax returns), utility bills, medical bills, eviction notices, school enrollment verification, or photographs of the situation requiring assistance.
